After much procrastination, it is here! V2 This version comes with a massive overhaul to how audio is processed meaning audio should stop popping/crackling if thats something you had an issue with. I also implemented OGG support so you can use sounds you’ve already converted!

Changelog

• Reworked how audio is played – (instead of loading the whole sound into memory and playing it, it gets streamed, which produces a much cleaner, crisp sounding audio)
• Added OGG support
• Added option to turn off alerts (from the bridge)
• Changed it so play sound from folder works if you have a file selected
• A bunch of other small fixes i forgot to document :)

Known issues

• First attempt to connect to the websocket, will reject the connection (it should be fine after that)

Unfortuntately havent had much time to test alot of this so I apologise if anything breaks or stops working.

Installing this new version will completely remove the previously downloaded version of Sammi Audio Player as I changed directories, if you have any important files inside “extensions/SammiAudioPlayer” move them out as they will get deleted.
