SAMMI - Discord Webhook Helper

This extension aims to fix the issues with the inbuilt discord send message as it has quite a few issues and there doesn't seem to be any hope in sight for it. On top of adding a more robust `discord: send message`, it also comes with an easy way to build and send embedded messages. (all for the low low cost of free)

This extension introduces a bit of a foreign concept, for SAMMI anyway, known as a builder. A builder, in this scenario, just represents an object with a few pre-initialised variables. Once you've created a builder, you can pass this object around to other functions, which modify the base object and take away all the complex logic.

The technical details don't matter. All that you need to know is, is that you need to create a builder, and use that builder to build up a message. The usage of builders can be found in the documentation.
